| SjoBrand’s Rubber Products
Division is located in Corsicana, Texas, a short drive from
our corporate headquarters. The facility includes production
lines, raw material storage in temperature controlled warehousing,
and a separate Machining capability for custom projects.
Rubber parts are available to precise specifications and
durometers. Formulations that can bond to component cores
made from metal, glass, and other common substrate are available
with quality control process in place to insure consistency
throughout the production run.
SjoBrand can refurbish existing parts by stripping worn
material from the core before our manufacturing process. Then,
the core is grit blasted, if required, and chemically prepared
allow a perfect bond. If the core is worn as well, or if additional
units are required exceeding the number of available cores,
our machinists can fabricate new cores.
