Division is co-located at the corporate headquarters in Ennis,
Texas, with our CNC Machining Division. Multiple production
lines allow expedited delivery of large production runs –
or, smaller projects can be accommodated on one line without
interrupting all concurrent projects.
Custom manufacturing equipment has been designed by our founders,
at substantial cost, to increase capacity, insure quality,
and because we’ve amortized that cost, lower our customer’s
costs today.
With the versatility of urethane, replacement components
can be cast from molds quickly created from the customer’s
original part. Or, our engineers can create a new mold from
your specifications. Call us to discuss your requirements.
Other customer applications require bonding of the urethane
to another component. SjoBrand can refurbish these parts by
stripping worn material from the core before our manufacturing
process. If the core is worn as well, or if additional units
are required exceeding the number of available cores, our
machinists can fabricate new cores.
